I left something behind during my October 2015 stay and called the evening after checkout. The housekeeper kindly said I could come get it. When I returned in November 2015, it was gone. She said she didn't know who had taken it. The landlady wouldn't accept responsibility and told me to get the money from the housekeeper.

It was peaceful and quiet, with food options, markets, and the beach conveniently nearby. For 450 baht, I thought it was very good value. The room was spacious, parking was easy in the large lot, and the air conditioning was cool. The water pressure was strong, and there was a water heater in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, not too hard, and the pillows were good. Staff were polite, friendly, and looked after guests well. Thanks for such a nice place to stay during my trip.

I stayed on 25 Sep 2023 in room 6, at 450 baht for the night. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, the air conditioning was cool, and it had a TV, fridge, two bottles of water, soap, and two towels. There were also two blankets. The water heater worked and the shower pressure was strong. The bed wasn't hard, and the pillows were soft. The female staff member was friendly and provided good service. For me, 450 baht a night felt fair. The place wasn't terrible or especially great, just fine for sleeping.

The room was small and old in person, nothing like the photos. They wouldn't give me the air conditioner remote, saying they were afraid it would get lost and that they'd turn the temperature down. I had to ask the housekeeper for it, and she was extremely rude. The real price was 380 baht, the same as booking on Agoda with a discount. This feels like a complete scam.

For 380 baht plus a 100 baht deposit, I guess it's okay, probably the cheapest place near Rayong beach. The room looked clean but smelled musty, there were mosquitoes, and the water pressure was low. There's a playful dog around, so watch your shoes. It grabbed mine while playing with them, haha.
