The mattress is VERY hard, which works for me but might bother other people. Otherwise, it’s a great budget stay: the rooms are large, clean, and everything works as it should, including the big fridge. There’s plenty of parking in the hotel’s own lot, with a 7-11 just across the street. Central Westville shopping Mall is opposite too, with lots of restaurants.

I made a genuine booking through Booking.com, then noticed I’d picked the wrong date. Several days ahead, I contacted the hotel by email, phone, and through the booking system to ask if they could change it or help in any way. Their only reply was a brief refusal, with no options or advice, and they confirmed I wouldn’t get a refund regardless of the circumstances. As the travel date got closer, I tried again for clarification but heard nothing. Booking.com also tried to contact them and mediate, but those efforts were ignored. It was deeply disappointing to get no empathy, flexibility, or basic customer care. I lost over 30,000 baht, and it felt like the hotel was keeping the full amount without any consideration or support. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting responsible service, courtesy, or flexibility when something unexpected happens.

The room itself was clean, but the service was poor. Getting my luggage to the room was difficult because there are two sets of stairs to manage before and after the lift. The elevator says it holds 630 kg, yet it couldn’t take a family of four weighing less than 400 kg. The front desk woman didn’t speak English and charged 100 baht for checking in early at 1 pm. She also asked for a 1000 baht deposit for each room. The towels smelled, and the bedding wasn’t cotton and felt poor quality.

The room wasn’t soundproof, which was the downside. The location and price were the good parts. I’d give it 7 out of 10, and it suits people after moderately priced rooms near department stores and convenience stores.
