It’s a peaceful place to live, and sleeping here is genuinely comfortable. The rooms feel spacious and modern, with lovely furniture, a balcony, mosquito screens, and curtains that block out the light when shut. The property is clean and has security guards. There’s a water heater and a nice glass elevator, too. The air conditioners are Mitsubishi, which you hardly ever see in rental rooms, and they’re number 5 for energy efficiency and durability.
