The Period Pratunam

The café downstairs was a nice place to relax before going up. The coffee was great, the bagels soft and chewy, and the draft beer tasty. Service was friendly and the promotions were good. My room was small but cozy, just right for a short stay while shopping or heading onward. The bathroom was clean, and the shampoo and soap smelled fresh and calming. You can hear doors locking automatically, but I found that reassuring. During the day, tourists and tuk-tuks add a lively local feel. Pratunam Market is close, and Phetchaburi Road is a short walk away. I stayed three nights. It was affordable, clean, safe and convenient, with kind staff, a nearby 7-Eleven and a Thai massage shop next door. I’d definitely come back.

The cafe at the hotel has excellent food and coffee. The location is great for shopping malls and the Parton wholesale market. It’s a charming little place that feels like home, and everyone is helpful and always smiling.

The location worked well, close to 7-Eleven, Pratunam market, platinum and other shops, and not too far from the main street. For the price, it’s a pretty good hotel and I’d book it again if we come back. We had a room for three people for four nights. It was compact but fit three large suitcases and three cabin-sized ones. The room and bathroom were clean, and towels were changed daily. The mattress was quite firm, but fine. Staff were nice and friendly, and spoke English well.

Everings Café had delicious food and drinks, and the staff were helpful even when I checked out very early. The place was clean, comfortable and safe, right in the city center with everything close by. It was my best hotel choice on this Bangkok trip. I’ll stay here again someday. Thank you, The Period!
