The airport drop-off we booked through reception for 4 am was almost 20 minutes late. The driver didn't know our names or room number, so we had to wait while staff confirmed the trip. That's a serious problem for a place people choose to reach the airport quickly. I also found the bed hard, the linen uncomfortably synthetic, and the air con noisy. There was no shower curtain, so the bathroom got wet, and the elevator was extremely slow with no safety barriers. I did appreciate the airport being close, the complementary coffee and snacks corner, the spacious room, rooftop lounge and service. Even so, with all these problems, I don't think the place was worth the 30$ I paid on trip.com.

It's 2am and we can't sleep because the bed feels like a rock. The air con unit is super loud too. This hotel is ghastly, basic and ugly. The bed is the worst part, totally uncomfortable.

It had what I needed in a pinch, and the price felt worth it. The room was clean, and staff were available for a late-night check-in after my flight was delayed until 1am. The location was just a quick Grab ride from the airport. It wasn't a luxury stay, but I was pleasantly surprised.

There’s a rooftop restaurant next door, a nice place to unwind over a meal with a view. The hotel is pet-friendly with an incredibly low fee, and the budget-friendly rooms come with top-notch service from friendly, attentive staff. It’s near Suvarnabhumi Airport, and the view of planes taking off and landing is fantastic, especially if you’re a tourist or plane enthusiast. I highly recommend it for convenience, comfort and a unique experience.

Only stayed one night, but it’s very close to the airport and the staff were friendly. There’s a bar and restaurant on the roof, plus a good family run restaurant in the parking lot in front of the hotel. I’d stay here again.
