We found it a pleasant place for families, with a decent-sized pool and a small steam room and gym that were well maintained. The location isn’t especially convenient for the main transport links, but we knew that when booking, and the hotel provides a complimentary "tuk tuk" ride to a transport node and Central Embassy. The Aracadia Suites is a small, cozy, personal hotel. The room interior was a bit old and dated, and it smelled musty whenever we came back. The toilet door also wasn’t working when we checked in. Still, the service staff and crew were personable and had an excellent, welcoming attitude. That included the F&B staff, who were attentive and friendly.

We stayed in the kids' suites as a family. The children's bedroom was decorated really nicely, and my child loved it. The staff were friendly and played with the kids. There’s a convenient BTS shuttle, and our room was clean. We were on the 2nd floor, which worked well since the restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness center are all on that floor. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a nice stay, and the big room came with the basics we needed: an electric kettle, laundry washing, a hair blower, and even an iron with an iron stand. The breakfast buffet was good, though it was almost the same every day. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk away. They have a free tuktuk, but pickup and drop-off run on a schedule. Thanks so much, we had a nice stay.

The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained throughout my stay at Arcadia Suites Bangkok. Staff were professional, polite, and ready to help, and reception were so nice. There are several great dining options nearby, and it’s a short walk to the BTS station. I had a truly pleasant visit and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok.

It’s right in the heart of the city, so getting around is convenient. The reception staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.
