Getting around is a problem without a car or scooter. The nearest train station is a 30-minute walk, so I'd only recommend staying here if you have your own transport. The condos are old-fashioned but functional. Water pressure is extremely poor, making it a pain to shower or wash your hands, and the pool is always shaded, so don't count on sunbathing or warming up in the sun. I also found small cockroaches and ants in the bathroom and kitchen, including in the microwave. The bottom of my shower was moldy too.

I just moved in, and so far I have no problems. It's a nice, clean apartment with everything, and I've seen worse condos. The teams are doing their jobs from morning, and the juristic persons are helpful and polite. The entry and exit gates are tricky, though. If people can enter through one and leave through another, outsiders could cut through the building. Thank you!

The pool is shut down, only half full, and the water is green. The sauna is broken too. The gym is okay, but just two of its four treadmills work.
