I booked by mistake, then cancelled within two minutes. Agoda said a refund or rescheduling would be fine, but the hotel refused to do anything. They wouldn’t honor, refund, or move the booking. It was 2,300 THB for a two-minute booking three weeks ahead, and they’re keeping it. People make mistakes, and this is how the business chooses to treat them. Fair enough, here’s the review. Be warned, money seems to matter far more than customer satisfaction.

The room on the fifth floor was so quiet I couldn't make out any street noise. It's on a one-way Soi, so traffic is limited, and the BTS station is only a short stroll away. There are plenty of bars nearby too. The room was clean and comfortable, and reception staff were great.

Good value for the money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean. Wi-Fi was fast, and even with a view over the busy street, the room wasn't noisy.

The room was hard to rest in because the air conditioning made an unbearable noise. There was also a damp, unclean feeling. When I raised it with the manager, he ignored me and seemed not to care. From arrival, the staff felt cold and unwelcoming, without a smile. There was no warmth or sense of service, and the comfort was very poor. I absolutely don't recommend hotel Aspira soi 7/1.

The Wi-Fi needs fixing. This would be a great hotel if they sorted it out. Aspira, if you're reading this, please fix the Wi-Fi.
