The staff greet you with lovely smiles and are happy to help with anything. My room was super clean and had everything I needed for a good night’s rest. I especially liked the mini fridge, which was a bit bigger than in other hotels and handy for storing all kinds of fruit I found in Thailand. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and I felt very safe walking around the area. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, which can be challenging in the Thailand heat. There’s a motorcycle taxi queue around the corner, though, and a ride to the station cost about $0.75-$1. It was convenient, and I strongly recommend the hotel.

It felt more like a family-run Bed & Breakfast than a hotel in a busy metropolis full of tourists and businesses. I stayed six nights, and after my first morning the staff remembered how I liked my coffee, toast, and juice, then served it that way without me having to ask. Since I’m vegetarian, they also did their best to make a different Thai vegetarian dish for me each morning. Yum! The place has a friendly vibe, and they treated me like family. The room was immaculately clean, with good linens, a good mattress, and decent but basic furniture. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m in Bangkok again.

The family made the place feel like a home away from home. They were always positive, lively, and fun, and helped me with ideas for things to do in Bangkok, including tours. In the mornings, the hosts warmly asked what I wanted for breakfast and made it. I could choose Thai, Chinese, or continental. My room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and I felt well looked after. It was well worth the price. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is clean and everything works. It’s nothing fancy, which was fine since I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. The staff were the best part, friendly and accommodating, and they made me feel at home. A great experience.
