The only thing I can praise is the beautiful lobby décor. The rest really didn’t live up to a 4-star rating. My room was poorly maintained, the water pressure was extremely low, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the elevator was tiny. The food disappointed me, and the restaurant staff were unfriendly. Worst of all, the front office staff, both receptionists and bellmen, had very poor English communication skills.

At around 1 am on 21st June 2025, I arrived in Bangkok for the Enhypen Walk the Line concert. I was staying at Princhess Chaleena Hotel, but my Bolt driver dropped us at this hotel by mistake. It was nearby, so we walked over. When we got to the room, I noticed my envelope of money was missing. I thought I’d left it in the Bolt car, but I’d asked my friend to look inside before we went out and there was nothing there. The driver didn’t answer when I called. Around 3 AM, we went back out and walked along the same route. I remembered that when we first got out of the car at this hotel’s entrance, Mr Pront had greeted us kindly, made sure we were supposed to be at Princess Chaleena hotel, and shown us the way. I found him again when I came back. I figured that if he hadn’t seen the envelope, I’d have to accept it was gone. There was 1000 baht in it. I asked him about it, and he was still kind to us. He said he’d found it and kept it safe in the lobby. I gave him a tip afterward. He offered to take a picture, and I promised I’d leave a good review and mention his name. Thank you so much, Mr Pront. I won’t forget your kindness. I promised to stay here if I ever come back for another concert, since it’s within walking distance of the stadium, even though it was late at night. To the managers, please consider giving Mr Pront a raise for his good attitude.

I stayed here for about two weeks with my team for a work project. The rooms smelled, there were lots of leaks, and the pool water was gross. They kept my 500 baht deposit, giving three different reasons and stories for doing so. It felt like they stole from me, and many of my colleagues had similar horror stories. They look for ways to take extra money without providing even the simplest services. Please don’t stay here or support this terrible business.

We went on a weekday and it was quiet, with very few guests. The rooms are spacious, have bathtubs, and are reasonably priced. The pool needs repairs, especially the floor, where many tiles are loose and could hurt your feet. There’s a gym on the same floor as the pool. The hotel is close to the boat station and night market, which has a big selection of halal food. It’s also near the mosque and Muslim sales area. Recommended.
