There are no windows or safe in the room, and you won't find a hair dryer, pool, gym, or breakfast either. There's no coffee or tea in the room, so you have to go outside, mosquitoes and all, if you want a cup. They replace the blankets and pillows, but not the sheets. Reception doesn't ask for ID, which made me worry that a hired massage worker could take your things while you're in the shower and leave without being stopped.

The location was peaceful and convenient, with malls and MRT stations easy to reach. My room was spacious, kept clean, and came with a bottle of water each day. The bed was comfortable, too. The staff were wonderful from the moment I walked into the lobby, and their attentiveness exceeded what I expected. A generous owner as well. I'd happily recommend staying here in Bangkok.

My room was number 24, and I liked its cozy feel and especially the color. It was quiet, with no street noise, and there was a seating area out front. The staff were friendly and polite. Free coffee and tea are available around the clock, though you have to make them yourself. Bamrumgrad International Hospital is a little way off, perhaps a 4-5 minute walk.

There are about 50 rooms, including options with two or three beds and family rooms, and mine was spacious and clean. The lighting has a yellow daylight tone. Bumrungrad Hospital is only a three-minute walk away. You can cook for yourself, and hot water, coffee, and tea are available free-flow. If you're staying longer, it's possible to negotiate a long-stay rate.

A quiet spot for sleeping, which matters if noise bothers you. I was there for three nights, and the location worked well: a 7-Eleven is two minutes away, while BTS Phloen Chit takes about a 12-minute walk. The rooms have no windows, and the amenities are pretty basic.
