The staff were the best part for me, really sweet and quick to help, and the rooms were clean and kept up well each day. There's a Kinnari restaurant downstairs open 24x7, so you can get a meal or beer at any hour. Being on Sukhumvit 11 also makes it easy to get around the city. It's good value, just don't expect top-class rooms. There's an old cable TV rather than a smart TV, and I found the light switches super confusing. Maybe that's just a Thailand thing. For my first time in Bangkok, it was a good stay.
