Hotel Royal Bangkok

The rooftop was a highlight, with a lovely atmosphere, beautiful views and a bar serving drinks through the day. It’s a nice place to unwind in the evening or at night and take in the city. Food offered a good range and was very good value, while the restaurant staff were attentive, lovely and gave excellent service. The hotel sits in the heart of Yaowarat, close to famous attractions and restaurants, so it’s easy to get around. Our room was spacious, clean and well kept. From check-in onward, everyone welcomed us warmly, was polite and ready to help. Great value, location and service. I’d choose it again if I visit Yaowarat.

At night, the neon lights made the view from my window stunning. The hotel food was surprisingly great too. I loved staying here for a few nights, right on Yaowarat, with all that food nearby and an easy walk back after eating. It’s handy to the MRT as well. A comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Street food is right outside the hotel, and an MRT station nearby makes getting around easy. The rooftop and pool have a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views. Staff are always helpful and greet me whenever I pass by. My room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, and breakfast offered lots of choice with a nice view. I’ve already come back to stay again. My top pick in Chinatown, and I’d recommend it.

The roof bar and pool area were great, and the hotel has useful facilities: filtered water on the floor, a small gym and a self-service laundrette that was brilliant. Our room was a good size and cleaned daily, with a great bathroom and a strong, hot shower. The bed felt a bit firm, which seems common in Asia. We had a room with a window on an upper floor. The location was good and the staff really friendly. I’d stay again.
