The front desk was very attentive and used Google Translate to explain our booking since we don't speak Thai. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, with a 7e and a self-service laundry bar about 300-500 meters away on foot.

Check the room as soon as you arrive. There was already a black mark on the pillow when we entered, but the staff blamed us for it. We admitted to the other stain on the sheet, though it wasn't blood or anything hard to remove. Even so, staff demanded 250 Baht for laundry. What a scam. We didn't even complain about the pillow mark, for Christ's sake. If you spot anything wrong in the room, tell them right away or you may get stuck with a ridiculous fee.

Recently renovated, and the hotel feels modern and is super clean. The lobby has free coffee from a machine and snacks. The beds are comfortable, and the lovely fluffy towels get changed daily.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a free tuk-tuk ride from the hotel to the MRT. There’s unlimited coffee and snacks in the lobby.

The reception staff gave me a lovely, warm welcome even though I checked in late in the evening. The room was just as expected: clean, with working hot water and AC, and a firm mattress. The price was very fair for the room. I had a balcony room, but it was really just a small caged outdoor space with a “meh” view, so I wouldn’t bother with that. I’m not sure about the local area or attractions.
