Infinite Hotel Kaset

The front desk staff were pleasant, but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place. They took a room card deposit and seemed keen to keep as much of it as possible by calling things “damages.” Towels had bodily fluids on them, and they said that counted as damage and might be charged. I offered to take them back and bleach and wash them myself. After I bought bleach and asked for them, they said it was fine and the maid would wash them. Then, on checkout morning, with my Grab driver waiting, they said I had to pay for damages. Hotels are supposed to bleach their linens. The shower wouldn’t drain, ants came from the bathroom, and there were power outages. Better to pay more somewhere else for better hospitality.

Getting around is easy: the hotel is a 10-minute walk from a metro line that goes to the center without a change. It’s in a quiet area, with restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store nearby. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean, and the staff are kind and accommodating.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was spacious and clean. It’s within walking distance of a BTS station. They also have a laundry machine and free snacks. Everyone on staff was friendly, though their English wasn’t very good. Google Translate worked as a fallback.

The room was bright, clean, and big, and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely recommend it.
