It’s called a home, and that description fits. Getting up the stairs may be a problem if walking is difficult. For a solo traveler, or for a night or two while transferring between stations on the way to the airport, it works fine. There’s a supermarket less than 100m away for essentials. The price feels fair for the comfort. If you want luxury, pay more somewhere else. You’re staying a night or two, not buying the place, so be reasonable.

The room is laid out nicely, with cold air conditioning and a warm shower. Three women working downstairs were really friendly. Pink Line is a one-minute walk away, and Tesco and Central are 1km from here. I’d recommend it.

A cozy, really nice hotel. The woman at reception was so friendly and helped with my booking and heavy bags. When I had an allergy, she also gave me some medicine. Thank you very much.

We found it great value, with clean, comfortable rooms and kind, helpful staff and owner. It’s a little away from the busy center, but BTS and MRT connections nearby made getting around easy. The location worked well for visiting our daughter at a nearby University. Don Muang airport and Chatuchak Park are also a short distance away. We’d happily stay again next time we’re in BKK. 🙏🏼👍👏
