The relaxed, unhurried atmosphere at Flourish – Sindhorn Kempinski made for a lovely meal, and the food was delicious and high quality, just what you’d hope for from a luxury hotel. Using the Amex Platinum benefit made it even more worthwhile. Visuda (Mod) deserves special thanks for looking after us so attentively, warmly, and with a smile from start to finish. After dinner, we went upstairs to the spa for the Thermal Journey, which was just perfect. A complete day of relaxation. Highly recommended for good food, thoughtful service, and a premium hotel experience.

We especially valued the details that made the room comfortable for our family. The children had complimentary amenities, all the in-room snacks were halal-certified, and there was a Qibla direction indicator in the drawer, which we appreciated as Muslims. While we were out one afternoon, housekeeping set the room up beautifully for the evening, putting slippers by the bed, drawing the curtains, and turning on the lights. Those gestures made the stay memorable. The room was spacious and had a lovely view. The garden was thoughtfully designed for refreshing walks and quiet time. There’s a kids club too, though we didn’t get a chance to visit it. From help with our bags when we got out of the car, through a smooth check-in and escort to the room, right up to checkout, every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. We had an extremely pleasant stay and would gladly return. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend the hotel.

The Blossom Garden Afternoon Tea at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok made for a memorable Valentine’s date. The floral presentation was beautiful, and the delicate scent throughout the hotel, along with live music, created a romantic, calming mood. Khun Aof took wonderful care of our table. The service was warm and thoughtful, and made the experience feel personal. The musicians were incredible, especially the violinist, whose touching melodies, warm manner, and constant smile made the afternoon feel even more magical. The tea, food, music, and ambience all came together so well. It felt like a memory, not just afternoon tea. A lovely place for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, and other meaningful occasions. We’ll definitely return.

It’s only our first night and this is already my favorite hotel ever. The architecture is magnificent, and the staff have been welcoming and so helpful. We ate at one of the many lovely restaurants here and can’t wait to try more. The food was so good that we kept digging in before remembering to take pictures, so I’m sorry there aren’t many.
