The building has a little green area around it and a resort-like feel. The staff were lovely, including a cleaning lady, a daytime security guard who drove us to BTS Phra Khanong station, and a separate night guard. It's not close to the BTS, so that ride was helpful. We had a spacious two-bedroom unit, over 100 square meters, decorated in a Thai traditional style. Downstairs there are a few self-service washing machines that take coins.

Living here has been a nightmare, from the caretaker to the housekeeper. Complaints can take months to get any attention, yet tenants keep paying full rent, and problems often end with tenants being evicted instead of the issues being fixed. The air conditioner is more than 10 years old and hasn't been replaced. Its foul smell has kept residents up at night. It's appalling. For the same price, there are far better places, so think twice before renting here.

Really bad experience trying to rent this place. When I went to see it, it looked like nobody had cleaned beforehand. There was lots of hair and 💩 in the toilet. The maid came later but acted like she didn't want to clean it, lol. The window was broken too. What a nightmare!

My wife stayed for four months and I stayed for three. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was very clean, the staff were helpful, and the tuk tuk service to the local BTS was handy. It wasn't expensive either. Highly recommend it, and we'll be back.
