Livotel Hotel Lat Phrao Bangkok

We stayed three days, and the service and hospitality were poor the whole time. No one helped with our luggage at check-in, and the entrance doors weren’t automatic, making it hard to carry our bags inside. The reception service was also very poor. The night shift staff member, a Muslim lady, had an unfriendly attitude. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The room size and location made up for quite a bit, especially for the price, so I had a decent stay and would return for a day or two. The balcony was locked shut, and the bathroom honestly needs an upgrade. Staff were okay and I had no problems with them, though they could be a little slow sometimes. That just seemed to be the town’s pace.

A good option for a budget stay. The front desk was nice, the staff were flexible, and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. I liked the staff.

The staff were the only nice thing here. The hotel is on a road with hardly anything interesting nearby, and the rooms are noisy enough that you can hear everyone in other rooms. They call you just after 12 to make you leave. The room was dirty, the mattress worn out, and the bathroom VERY dirty. For the same price, you can get a better hotel.
