The room worked really well for our family. It was clean, with a bunk bed, two TVs, and a huge bathroom with both a tub and shower, which made rinsing off after the pool easier. The pool deck was comfortable and clean, and both restaurants on the property were excellent. We didn't use the kids' area, since our children preferred the pool, but it was nice to know it was there. What made the stay especially good was how welcoming and attentive everyone was, from the concierge to housekeeping. The hotel exceeded our expectations. If we return to Thailand, we'll look for Mercure hotel again.

We had only just arrived when I wanted to thank the team at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for such a thoughtful welcome. Having all our family rooms on one floor was so convenient, and the suite upgrade for my wife and me on our honeymoon was a lovely surprise. The suite looks beautiful, and the bed decoration arranged by Phvengt Krathin was magnificent. ANGSANUNRATANA Kiatsuda, Phvengt Krathin, and everyone there made our arrival in Bangkok feel very special. We really appreciated their kindness and attention.

Coming back to Thailand after being away so long felt extra special thanks to the people at Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. Even during our two-night visit, the team made us feel welcome at every turn. The security guard helped with our bags and walked us to the concierge, then another staff member took our luggage straight to reception when he realized we were checking in. Hanah at the front desk was so sweet and kind. We didn't ask the RA team to clean the room during our short stay, but the person who brought cutlery and plates kindly checked if we needed anything else. P’Adison also asked about our plans, drove the tuk-tuk to drop us at Terminal 21, and offered to bring back the water bottle I'd left behind in it. A true Heartist, and very deserving of recognition. The hotel was a good fit for us, with a great room and kind staff. There's a shuttle to Terminal 21, a nearby mall, and another to Bumrungrad Hospital, so it could work well if you're coming for the hospital. Breakfast was wonderful, though there are also a few good places to eat close by. The pool felt a little cold in the morning, but we still had fun in it.

We had a very spacious, spotless room, and paying for Lounge access was worth it. The lounge stays open until 8:00 PM, with happy hour from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and a good range of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and canapés. Coffee and tea were available there too. Service was excellent throughout, with staff going out of their way to help. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and lunch and dinner at the restaurant were exceptional. I'd recommend it for the spacious rooms, service, and location.
