I stayed for several weeks and found the room roomy enough for one person, even two. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was fine and got cleaned regularly or when I asked, and the AC cooled the room well. The host was quick to respond. At night you can see Sukhumvit's tall buildings lit up from the window, and the sunset view is nice too. It's down a side street off the main road from Punnawithi BTS, about a 10-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, plus a grocery shop, lots of local street food, laundromats and a couple of bars. The street is usually quiet, aside from roosters crowing in the morning. The downsides for me were the stairs, very poor top-floor Wi-Fi while it was under maintenance, and the occasional mosquito in the bathroom. There generally aren't bugs, and over several weeks I didn't see any roaches or ants. Stay here!
