The room and bed were clean, the location is great, and the front desk staff were cool and helpful. I travel to Bangkok often, so I know the prices, and everything felt fair. I paid extra for late checkout and didn’t mind, and they arranged my airport cab too. Smoking is available downstairs, which was handy. I’ve picked this as my go-to place down Suk 11. Thanks for everything! Kapung krap. A couple of small things during the stay: when we asked for table tissues, reception gave us toilet paper because they were out of stock. The next day, the cleaner said she’d bring toilet paper after cleaning our room, even though she was cleaning right next door and we’d run out. The towels were torn and looked like they’d been used on the floor. My friend asked if our room could be cleaned before we left, but the hair was still there and the bed was just made. They’d emptied the bin without replacing the plastic liner. The pool benches were torn, and the pool was only open from 9am to 7pm, so it was closed when we returned from a long morning walk hoping to swim. I didn’t take a photo. Our floor was a bit dark compared with the other floor’s lobby. We also couldn’t find a place to plug in the kettle. The kettle had been sitting by the bin, so we moved it and put it there. We weren’t expecting perfection, but they should improve these things next time 🙏🙏🙏
