Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50 by Ariva

I have several rooms for rent in this condo, on long leases of at least one year. You can compare the prices around the area, and my room rates are reasonable.

The front desk is often unattended, and when I do see the management staff, they’re rude and lack basic courtesy. The building is only about six years old, but the upkeep is so poor that it already looks more than ten years old. I’m very disappointed with the service and maintenance. It’s completely unacceptable.

It’s a calm condo, with mostly foreign residents, and there’s a large Lotus supermarket about 1 km away. The expressway is nearby, which is convenient. Though the buildings are around six years old, the place still looks quite new and is well maintained. There’s one swimming pool, a very small gym, and a room called the “library.” It has no books, but you can use it to work, read, or whatever.

The staff were friendly and even offered a free shuttle, and each floor has a room for trash and recycling. We stayed at The Niche Mono Sukhumvit 50 through Airbnb. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with dishes, pots and pans, a stove, and a microwave. A washing machine on the 8th-floor balcony was handy. There’s also a smoking area downstairs. We couldn’t use the pool or fitness room, though. It was still a pleasant, well-equipped place to stay.
