The beds were so comfortable, with soft sheets, a cozy comforter, and even a hotdog pillow to hug. We stayed in the private queen room, but the shared bunks looked comfy in the photos too. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were great, and we felt safe there with our things. I loved the funny bits in the artwork around the rooms and bathrooms, and the hostel's design really impressed me. Jim and Ping's artistic touch is everywhere, and they were also happy to help us with our travels. The stay gave us a chance to learn more about Thai culture, language, and history, not just a place to sleep. I've enjoyed this hostel more than some hotels I've stayed at. It deserves to be better known, though I suppose that would spoil its secret status ;) We wish we'd had more time in Thailand. We'll stay at this secret place next time we visit. Shhhhhh :))

The staff really made the stay for us. They were always smiling and ready with food suggestions, sightseeing ideas, or answers to questions. After our long train trip to see the monkeys in Lopburi, they welcomed us back like old friends while I grabbed a cold beer from the fridge. We stayed six days and loved it. Our private room was on the second floor, which it shared with just one other busy room, so sharing two showers and one toilet was never a problem. The place has an industrial, cool look but still feels warm and inviting. Coming back to our Bangkok "home" after sightseeing in 90-degree heat was something we looked forward to. Breakfast is simple, egg, toast, sausage, and instant coffee, but it was enough to get going, and being served until 11 meant we could sleep in. The same-day laundry service saved us loads of time, and everything came back fresh and clean. I'd choose this place over much pricier hotels with more amenities next time I'm in Bangkok. Don't let "hostel" put you off, it feels more like a bed and breakfast, with just a shared shower.

Jim and Ping drew a map of places to visit, and their food recommendations were great. They also kept our luggage and let us shower on the day we left for a night bus. There was free breakfast every day, fast internet, cold AC, and free drinks in the lobby. The rooms were well cared for, clean, and comfortable, with large lockers for suitcases and valuables. The hostel has a fun zombie theme, cool decor and artwork, and good music playing all the time. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location near Chinatown and public transit was excellent. Bathrooms were clean and usable, though they'd benefit from more clothes hooks and could get slippery when wet. Amazing place to sleep and stay, with excellent service.

The street is very quiet, but you're still close to transport and other interesting places. The hostel is right in the heart of china town, and the owners who run it are friendly. It's modern, stylish, and clean, with a spacious, comfortable bed. It costs a little more than some nearby places, but I think the difference is worth it.

It's a quiet, clean hostel in a good spot, and the owners were really friendly. I had a lot of fun with them, and they worked hard to make the stay comfortable. Thanks for teaching me some Thai words. A great place to begin my trip, and I'd definitely recommend it.
