Patra Boutique Hotel

We stayed for just three nights last week. I travel to Bangkok often and have tried lots of mid-range hotels, but this is the best so far. The location worked especially well for us because gift shops are just an arm’s length away, and my father can’t walk much. The staff were friendly too. It does get crowded and noisy, so it may not suit you if you prefer a quieter place.

A simple, comfortable hotel with a clean room and plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Jack Coffee is a special little shack by the train track, about a 30-minute walk away. Jack makes a great brew, especially the iced mocha. One thing to know: the road outside the hotel is very narrow, and cars and taxis can’t get through to it, so it’s easier to get out on the main road and walk the rest of the way.

The room and toilet were great, and the place is nicely decorated. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s very convenient, about 50 meters from the white market and onenimman. There’s also a halal food stal nearby. Definitely a place I’d stay at again.

The hotel sits right inside Pratunam Market, with several popular malls and the BTS close by. Our room was clean and had the basics, including a mini refrigerator, hot and cold shower, and toiletries. The staff were very friendly. When our key card caused trouble, maintenance came right away to sort it out.
