Sara's Hotel

Our room was very quiet even though the hotel seems to be on a busy street, and we would definitely stay here again. The staff were lovely, and the interior has a distinctive look with local elements. At first the location seemed odd, but we got used to it. It's actually near the Metro station, 7/11, and a money exchange.

We ended up staying ten nights after extending our booking, and this will be our hotel of choice whenever we're in Bangkok. The beds and rooms were comfortably cozy, with excellent hot water and water pressure. Everything was perfectly clean and serviced daily. When it rained, staff had umbrellas ready at the front door. The staff went above and beyond throughout. We had booked through a third party, but when we needed extra nights the reception team offered rates better than the third-party options. They were amazing, and nothing seemed too difficult. Breakfast was delicious, with a range of choices for locals and foreigners. The staff made it something to look forward to, and complimentary food and biscuits were left for residents near the foyer. The hotel is in Soi 3, close to Bumrungrad hospital and a two-minute walk from Nana BTS. Local restaurants and 7/11 stores are nearby. Inside, there is beautiful antique furniture in a sort of French provincial style, stunning plants and orchids, and a grand piano that really stood out. It looks super luxurious, and the bathroom is the biggest we've had. The healthy food looks good too. I want to stay there forever, but I'm already leaving Thailand.

I've been here four times now, and when I'm in Bangkok I can't think of another hotel. It's clean and safe, near the shops, Arabic restaurants, and a supermarket, all about a three-minute walk away. The employees are always there to help and welcome you with big smiles. The housekeeping staff are honest too: we left our bag behind, and when we came back it was still in the room.
