The staff are wonderful, welcoming, and sweet. It’s well located for swimming, and the pool is very cool. The bar and pool area feel like they’re missing a vibe, though, and having the lobby on the 17th floor makes the hotel feel a bit disjointed. More amenities would be good. I’d recommend it for a central shopping trip, but not for a relaxing holiday.

The staff made the biggest impression from the moment we arrived. They were always smiling and helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. We spent a few days at Sivatel Bangkok during our visit to Bangkok, and the hotel met all our expectations. Our apartment had spacious rooms, separate bathrooms, and fantastic views over Bangkok. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, right beside the SkyTrain and close to several shopping malls, with good connections to the airport and city center. We’d gladly recommend it and return on another visit to Bangkok.

We felt very safe in the area and with the staff as two women traveling alone. Special thanks to Prissy, Donut, and Ava, and to the lovely housekeeper who brought us extra water when we were sick and stayed in for a day. We didn’t get her name, but our room was 1940. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The room had a coffee machine, and there was also free coffee and drinks at reception all the time. The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and modern, and went way beyond what I expected. It was my first time in Bangkok in over 10 years, and I had no complaints. My best friend was visiting Thailand for the first time, and we were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite at check-in. I honestly can’t wait to stay here again. I don’t want to leave.

The restaurant and pool were fabulous, breakfast was excellent, and housekeeping kept everything exquisitely tidy. The hotel is right near the BTS and shopping, with loads to do and an easy location to get around from. From arrival through checkout, the entire staff were amazing, friendly, sweet, and accommodating. Prissy especially went out of her way to make every day feel special. She was so kind, helpful, and such a bright light of energy. I can’t thank her enough. I definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed seven nights with our two kids, and the spacious room had a layout that worked really well for a family. The hotel provided two baby cots, which we appreciated. Reception and service staff were kind and helpful, and there was a good spread at the breakfast buffet. Thanks especially to Prissy and her colleagues for spotting something we’d left behind and helping us get it back before we headed to the airport. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
