There are plenty of food choices and nightlife nearby, plus big malls, and BTS NANA station is very close. But the area is busy, with lots of solicitors, and the location is very loud. The rooms felt small compared with the previous hotel I stayed at in Bangkok. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room safe locks with a PIN you set yourself. I left my tablet on the bedside table and didn’t even need to put it away. The A/C was fast and quiet. My room had a bar fridge, and the linen was crisp and clean. They serviced the room every day. What a great find near Nana BTS. The rooms are modern and beautiful, and I’ll definitely stay at Syama Hotel again next time I’m in Bangkok.

It’s easy to get into the downtown area, and the hotel is near a BTS station. The rooms are clean and economical, and the staff are nice. Best of all, it’s non-smoking. You can borrow umbrellas from the hotel for free. There’s no dining room, which is a weak point, and it gets a little noisy at night.

It’s a small hotel, and the rooms are small too. The large LCD TV has a reasonable number of channels. There’s a cooler instead of a bar fridge, and it keeps drinks cool but not cold. The bathrooms are quite tight, and the shower temperature keeps switching from very hot to cool, which gets annoying. On the plus side, there’s a 7-Eleven next door and Nana BTS station is very close.
