The Nest Serviced Apartment

It's a good service apartment in a great location, right in the heart of the city. The setup is good, and the rooms are worth the money. At first, you might think you've made a mistake, but once you see the rooms, it makes sense. They did a good job with the system-oriented work.

I've been coming to The Nest for several years and keep enjoying my stays. It's on one of Krung Theb's liveliest streets, but inside it's very quiet, with thick walls between the rooms. The balcony gives you a great city view, and the place feels calm, clean, and secure. There's a pool on the seventh floor that's fun to use. Getting around is easy, with buses, the skytrain, the tube, and the express boat nearby, plus shopping and food close at hand. The reception is very small, but the people there have big hearts. The location is good, close to Platinum and Pratunam Market. The WiFi was poor, though, and there wasn't any staff to help with luggage. You also have to pay to use the pool.

This is an old-fashioned hotel in the middle of the market. Keep your expectations modest: it's a cheap place with a decent bed and a good city view. The swimming pool costs extra. They also sell really tasty seafood vegetable salad, with seafood or wasabi sauce. Yum.
