There were four of us traveling together, and we accidentally made two bookings through booking dot com. By the time we arrived, the free-cancellation period had passed, and we were willing to pay for the first day. The owner took our passports and wouldn’t return them until we paid for both bookings for the full stay. Without our passports, we couldn’t travel around freely and felt like hostages. We were forced to pay the full amount, even though no room was provided for both bookings. I never expected the owner, who is belgian, to behave like a crook. He needs hospitality training and should change his attitude toward customers.

The room is spacious, and the location near Platinum Fashion Mall in the Pratunam area is the main draw. It was a bit dusty and not clean enough, though, otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay. Not too bad...

The rooms are large, and the elevator closes incredibly fast. It’s an alleyway hotel, away from the buzz of bkk, but close to Pratunam and Platinum. At $40 a night, it may be a bit expensive for what you get.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. From here, it’s easy to reach all the popular places in Bangkok quickly, and I had a good stay.

The rooms are big and clean, which is a plus. The internet barely worked on my laptop and was very slow on my smartphone, so it’s too expensive for what you get.
