I'd booked here several times before for family and friends, and came to ask about renting a room by the month. The woman at the front office quoted a crazy price for a small studio. When I asked her to check the rate other residents were paying, she lied and said that price was for a year, even though the contract showed her renting a larger room for that amount for just one month. She then said there were Thai prices and foreigner prices. I've lived and worked in Thailand for six years. Charging me twice as much because of how I look is discrimination and awful behavior. Don't go there, they will scam you.

If you want a cozy, quiet place in Bangkok, this is a lovely choice. It's the cleanest and nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff are attentive, very kind, and always ready to help. Thanks for the experience, we'd love to come back.

We got exactly what we'd asked for when booking: a higher floor and, if possible, a quiet corner room. The beds were comfortable, and there was a bathtub and balcony for smokers. The location was good and easy to reach, and the receptionist was kind and friendly. The vending machine by the entrance had water, sodas, and juices, which saved us a couple of trips to find a 7-Eleven. Great value for what we got, and I'd book again.

The area around the hotel was pretty quiet, with street food nearby but restaurants and bars a much longer walk away. I was only here for one night, and was glad I hadn't booked more. The room had two air conditioners, but I couldn't figure out the remotes, so I couldn't cool it down and the bathroom stayed really warm. They also give you just one key card, which has to stay in the wall slot for the power to work. Take it with you when you leave and the room loses power, so it was hot and stuffy again when I got back hours later. The laundry machine only washes, it doesn't dry clothes. And at check-in they required a cash deposit, though I hadn't seen that mentioned anywhere in print or in a notice.
