The Quarter Ari by UHG Hotel

After a long few days traveling from the U.S. to Bangkok, this was a comfortable place to land. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and linens, a well-equipped bathroom, and natural-feeling, nourishing toiletries. We loved the rooftop pool and gym, and the views made mornings especially nice. We got there at 7am, before the room was ready, and the hotel held our bags until that afternoon. We could also shower in the gym locker rooms. The employees were incredibly kind and hospitable. Having a 7/11 on the ground floor was handy for picking things up as we came and went.

Q stood out for being helpful, polite, and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. We loved the location, with a calm feel while still making it easy to get around Bangkok. Our room had an excellent view, a welcome extra after a long day exploring. The Quarter Ari by UHG was modern, beautifully presented, and exceptionally clean. The spacious room felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The pool was another highlight, peaceful and well maintained, a lovely place to relax. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to help. We also loved the high-floor view and the 33rd-floor pool, with its breathtaking outlook. The pool was fantastic for relaxing. The on-site restaurant was good too, everything we tried tasted nice and the prices were reasonable. The room quality didn’t match the rest of the property. The finishes and fixtures felt cheap, which was disappointing given how impressive the hotel looks and how nice the pool and restaurant are. The elevators were frustrating as well. Only two were working, and we waited several minutes almost every time. The location and view were wonderful, and the staff, pool, and restaurant made for a decent stay. The room and elevator issues held it back from being truly great.

The rooftop pool and gym were great, with incredible Bangkok skyline views, especially at sunset. Our room was modern, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast also had a nice variety, and Bow, our breakfast waiter, was especially kind and attentive. The Quarter Ari is in the Ari Hills building, with a Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and several restaurants downstairs. It’s a short walk to Ari BTS station and surrounded by the neighborhood’s well-known cafes. The easy access and trendy feel made for a really convenient stay. Highly recommend.
