The room was a good size, but the hotel has two or three buildings, so you might not get the old-style one shown in the advert. The little street it’s on can confuse taxi or Bolt drivers. You’ll need a Thai phone number to download the app, which helped me avoid getting ripped off by Tuk Tuk or taxi drivers. Motorcycle rides were a great way to get around if you’re comfortable with them.

We came in November 2025 for our honeymoon, and the staff made it feel unforgettable. They even surprised us with swans in the room, and were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is a great base, just a few miles from lots of highlights, and the pool is lovely. We loved it.

The place is a little tucked away from the main road, but the rooms were clean and service was decent. I didn’t try the breakfast buffet. There are plenty of nearby restaurants with a similar selection at about the same prices. A decent hotel for a stay.

I had a single room with a queen bed. It was clean and tidy, though a little dated, and my only room complaint was that there were no charging outlets for devices. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. One inconvenience: arriving at night, I found they required a cash deposit for the key and wouldn’t take a credit card. Luckily, I had cash. I’d still recommend the hotel.

My airline canceled the booking, so I applied for a cancellation. Almosafer told me they wouldn’t refund my money. They’ll take your payment even when you have a valid reason to cancel. Avoid Almosafer and this hotel at all cost. That’s greedy.
