Bangkok isn't especially pet friendly, so this place is quite a find if you're traveling with a cat or dog, as we were. It's cozy and quiet, though not new. The staff are very friendly and keep trying to help even when they can't handle a particular request, and the owner speaks enough English to sort out what you need. I do wish it cost 10-15% less.

It's a peaceful, relaxed place to stay for a while, and it's pet friendly, with lots of cats living on the property. The rooms are cozy and nice. Some bathroom equipment is old and can cause problems, but management fixes things quickly. There are several 7-11s a few minutes away on foot, plus a small market selling raw and cooked food. Phahon Yothin 24 BTS is nearby. One stop away there's a large mall with more places to eat and a currency exchange.

Tuscany felt like home in the middle of the city for the month I stayed. The staff are kind, there are lots of plants and plenty of cats, and pups live there too. The interiors are simple but lovely. You could stay a night or a year.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful, but the stay was a really bad experience. The building has so many cats that it smelled a bit, and I don't know how often they clean. If you have allergies, this isn't the place for you. Our room had a concrete floor and smelled bad too. The toilet seat was broken in two, and the door wouldn't lock properly, so we had to buy a lock ourselves. We arrived on February 8 and had paid for a month, expecting to stay until March 2 or 3. We changed our plans and stayed until the 7th, and they surprisingly tried to charge us for those days even though we'd paid for a whole month. When we asked for the deposit back, the owner said she couldn't return it until March 10, by which time we'd already be back in Europe. She shouted at my girlfriend very rudely, and we had to clear the room in 30 minutes or less, even though we knew we'd need to pay for the extra days.
