The service was excellent. My 12-month-old baby developed a fever on our second day after checking in, and the staff quickly arranged an on-call doctor. Mr. Anut at reception was especially kind and helped guide me through all the steps. I had a great stay overall.

We spent almost ten lovely nights here and were completely satisfied, despite some of the doubts you might get from reading other reviews. The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, and proper cooking area with pots and pans. The staff were polite and considerate. They’d even wait until 3 p.m. to clean if you were still asleep. One small tip: don’t ask the night staff too many questions 😅. I once asked for a lighter and felt like I was back in school asking my English teacher for another test paper after spilling cola over the first one. Aside from that little moment, everything was just as we’d hoped. I’d happily come back any time of year!

We enjoyed the stay overall. The hotel is nice and well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. But the pool situation was a major disappointment. The rooftop pool shown in the pictures is only for condo residents, not hotel guests. Guests can use the much smaller, darker pool on the 7th floor, which is nothing like what’s pictured online. We mainly booked because of the pool, so the listing, especially on Agoda, needs to explain this clearly. It’s confusing and can leave people with the wrong expectations. With clearer information upfront, this could be a five-star stay, but the pool access really needs to change or be stated plainly.

We spent a relaxing, enjoyable family holiday here. Getting around was easy thanks to the great location near BTS Ekkamai and the shopping malls. The staff were friendly, always smiling and greeting us, which made us feel welcome.
