YOLO Bangkok Boutique Hotel

The staff tried their best to help and were helpful, but I’d give this hotel 2 stars, not 4. The AC’s night mode didn’t work properly, and it was so noisy that sleeping was difficult. Earlier guests mentioned mosquitoes, and I woke up covered in bites. Cleanliness was poor too, with hairs behind the mattress. The bathtub was listed as having hydromassage, but it didn’t, and it was dirty. The shower head wasn’t working properly either.

I loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. Getting around was easy from the perfect location. The room was spotless, nicely designed, and more comfortable than I expected. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, and made me feel welcome the whole time.

Bugs got into my medicines and clothes, and that pretty much ruined the whole stay. The Airbnb pin was in the wrong place, and I was asked for a security deposit that nobody had mentioned beforehand. There was no hand soap, and some of the supplies were damaged. A terrible experience.

I had a peaceful, relaxing holiday here. The room was lovely and clean, the food was good, and the staff treated me really well. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
