The bed linens were a highlight, the pillows and blankets were really soft, and the bathroom had the basics supplied. The water pressure was good too, and the heater worked great. Outside, the hotel has an old Egyptian look and a retro feel, which carries into the room. The receptionist was friendly. They took a 500 baht key deposit and gave it back. There weren't many guests when I stayed, so the place felt a bit lonely, though maybe I just picked a quiet time. I was impressed and felt it was worth the money.

It costs 390 baht, but you can only get a room after 10 PM. Tour groups sometimes fill everything up, so check first or you could make the trip for nothing.
