Lertnimit Hotel

My Thai girlfriend is from Chaiyaphum, and she recommended the hotel for our July stay. We had a fantastic suite, and the food and service were lovely. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three nights during one of our regular road trips around Thailand. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is a bit dated and tired, but still terrific value. The air conditioning was cold, the beds comfortable enough, and the shower hot. There was no kettle in the room, though we could rent a good quality one for 40 baht for all three nights. The hotel often seems like the best evening meal option, since there aren’t many restaurants open nearby. On the first and third nights, a large function was being held at the hotel, and we couldn’t use the restaurant. We were able to eat in a corner of the lobby instead. On the third night, we couldn’t order dessert because the kitchen staff were too busy with the event. As paying guests, we felt like second class citizens, and I found that unacceptable. It may be the largest hotel in town, and one of the few, if not the only one, able to host big functions. I wonder how often this happens.

It’s easy to get in and out at any time, since the hotel is on a main road, and safety and security are good. The rooms are very spacious, the food is good, and the staff are friendly and professional.

There’s plenty of parking outside, and breakfast is great. The staff are all friendly and smiling, while the hotel and rooms are spotless. Our room had a TV and refrigerator, and the air conditioning worked fine. Great hotel for the money, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
