A beautiful villa with peaceful surroundings, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service. It was a perfect spot to relax and recharge, and made for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend ❤️❤️

The villa is nice, but the pool water was dirty, so we couldn’t really use it. They didn’t clean the villa at all during our stay or provide hand or face towels. Also, electricity is charged separately, and we paid an extra 1,800 TBH for just three days.

We stayed at this Phuket villa from December 15 to December 17, 2023, and found the experience deeply disappointing. Two rooms had air conditioning that didn’t work, which cost us a lot of time, and the pool was dirty despite being one of the main reasons we booked. They took a deposit at check-in, which I believe violates Airbnb policy, and it took more than three days to get it back. The owner also didn’t communicate promptly when we asked for a partial refund. In all my years of travel, I haven’t dealt with conduct this unprofessional. We left feeling skeptical and, frankly, scammed. The problems were a major inconvenience and raised serious concerns for us about the hosting service’s professionalism and integrity. If you want a smooth and ethical stay, I’d strongly advise against booking this villa.

We paid 20,000 THB for four days, but the villa wasn’t ready for check-in and was dirty. The pillows were yellow and old, the blankets had stains, there were marks on the bed headboard, and both the inside and outside floors were dirty. The jacuzzi didn’t work, and the pool was so filthy it looked as if the water hadn’t been changed. I couldn’t swim, use the jacuzzi, or even lie down and rest, so there was nothing for me to do there. I contacted support, but they kept putting off my requests until the following evening. We stayed for just three hours before booking another hotel. I asked Agoda for a refund, but still haven’t received anything. Every time, they say they couldn’t contact the owner.
