Sunrise and sunset walks to and from our offsite accommodation were a pleasure. The TEAK Resort is a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Dao, with a huge property and beautiful garden lakes throughout. Dr Pat, the manager and master of the house, was incredibly friendly and generous with his time and breakfasts, and speaks English well. He welcomed us as warmly as if we were visiting his home. Charcoal the dog was a wonderfully energetic pup, greeting us when we returned and seeing us off whenever we left. I'd most definitely stay again and again. It's perfect for a stop in Chiang Dao.

We showed up without warning to ask about a room and they let us stay in a really tidy one, with air conditioning and a lovely bathroom. The setting is gorgeous, and the hot springs and cave are just down the road.

The staff are really courteous, and the mountain view from this nice location is lovely 🥰. There are lots of activities for families. The facilities could use a little updating, but they're still okay for a stay.
