The staff are what really make this place special. I left behind a small travel kit with sentimental value, and they contacted us as soon as they found it and went out of their way to mail it back. Shipping cost more than expected, and they even covered part of it themselves. That kind of honesty and personal attention is rare. The Old City location is ideal, and inside the modest exterior is a peaceful, authentic oasis with a warm, intimate feel, lovely rooms, and a small pool that’s perfect for relaxing. If you want a place that feels like home and a team that treats you like family, this is it. Highly recommended.

We’ll definitely come back next time. We were there for about a week during Songkran, and the staff told us what we needed to know and where to go. They were friendly and attentive, and the service was by far the best we’ve had during our three trips to Chiang Mai. Our room was big, comfortable, and clean, with a nice, clean terrace right next to the pool. I also recommend the restaurant on the third floor. We had some great Thai food there. Huge thanks to the staff!

The rooms are spacious, clean, cozy, and have wooden interiors. The place is right in the heart of Chiang Mai but still feels quiet and peaceful. Breakfast has lots of variety, including traditional options, eggs, fruit, and delicious waffles. The staff are very nice and helpful. We liked it a lot and can definitely recommend it.

We stayed six nights at Baan Huenphen Boutique Hotel. The room is simple, but has everything you need, and although there are a few minor signs of age, it was super clean. We had a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and pool, and the Old City location is great. The kind and helpful staff made the stay especially good. When I realized at the airport that I’d left something at the hotel, they did everything they could to get it to me. I really appreciated that, and it added to an already good stay.
