For 500, the room was spacious and nice, and it came with all the amenities I needed. But the Wi-Fi was so slow it was unusable at times, and the staff were quite rude. Checkout is at 12, yet around 11:30 they were already knocking very loudly and shouting for us to leave. We might have stayed longer, but didn't want another disturbance like that.

The location is excellent, and we had a clean room with a really comfortable bed. The price felt a bit high. I gave it a fourth star because the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and they refused to take a tip.

A very nice guesthouse, close enough to walk to Arcade station and the mall.

The room was great, and the location is handy if you need to be near the bus terminal.
