Getting the bed I booked took a day. I reserved a twin online, but was given a queen instead, and since the place was full, I had to keep it for the first night. I got the twin room the next day. The place is near the airport, which is useful for travel. The room has soap and shampoo but no hairdryer, and there wasn't one to borrow, so bring your own or let your hair dry naturally. It seems fairly new, maybe recently renovated, though some spots were still under plastic. The finish is a bit rough, with visible tile edging and paint on the door, and the shower head is oddly placed near the door. Hot water pressure was good in my first-floor room.

The price is very affordable, and the location makes getting to and from the airport quick and easy. My room was spacious and very clean, and it had a private balcony where I could sit outside. For the cost, the quality and location are hard to beat. C Room Extra (Mai Samakkhi 15) by Choktawee is a real find, and I'd recommend it. Four stars well earned.
