Cheeva Dee Hotel

We loved the room, especially the bathroom, and saw some beautiful sunrises from our floor. Next time, we'll book a better room so we can watch them from bed. We knew ahead of time that our room had no window, so that's our only regret about the hotel. The place is quiet, tucked away, and very aesthetic, so I took lots of cute pictures. The city is enchanting, and the excellent service here will stay with us. As a foodie, I chose it after seeing the menu photos on the website, and the food was just as yummy as it looked. My partner liked having breakfast without a buffet, since buffets can overwhelm him and lead him to overeat. It felt more like a trendy international brunch spot or a really good Thai bistro. We booked lots of tours with pickup, but could also walk to many main attractions. We were introduced to local Thai coconut wafers with our welcome drink, too.

Mr. Oat's advice and help with booking tours made a huge difference. He picked activities that suited our tastes and arranged things to fit the way we like to vacation. All the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and the location, facilities, and included breakfasts made each day feel magical. My wife and I returned to Chiang Mai after our only previous visit, 54 years ago. It's amazing how much can change in half a century. Cheeva Dee was an essential part of our wonderful three-day visit. Thank you, Mr. Oat, for making our reunion with Chiang Mai unforgettable.

The staff were so warm and helpful throughout my four-night stay. They even packed breakfast for my day trip and heated up my leftovers at night. It was a smooth, lovely experience and worth every penny. I'd happily come back.

The location is quiet, yet just a short walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was clean and smelled nice, and I appreciated thoughtful extras like the bathtub tray and air purifier, which many places don't provide.
