We paid a reasonable price for a very nice room near the old town. The people here were lovely, and they let us store our stuff for a couple of days at no charge. I recommend it.

For what it costs, this place is a great deal. The rooms were clean and really nice, the facilities were great, and breakfast tasted good. The location is the main drawback: it’s about a 10-minute drive to the old Town and a 15-minute walk to the nearest market, which is tiny.

BEWARE!!!! They won't let you see the room before booking, and if it's dirty, they won't refund your money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Be sure to include “Golf” when searching, since the hotel names are very similar. Eastan View is in Tambon Hai Ya, while Eastan Golf View is in Tambon Wat Ket. Around New Year's, many customers ended up in the Hai Ya area after leaving “Golf” out of their search. Check the subdistrict too.

The rooms aren't soundproof, and the reception staff let guests make noise, drag chairs, knock on doors, and argue in their rooms. From my experience, the service was terrible. I wouldn't stay here for a relaxing vacation. If you're not too picky, though, it might be okay.
