Check-in was easy, and the location was good. But the room was dirty, with geckos, worms, centipedes, and mold. The shower only had cold water, and the coat rack was loose enough to start falling when touched.

We found the room too dirty and left for another hotel. We had also booked a second separate stay, but never checked in for that one. Even so, they later said we had damaged towels during that second stay and asked for 300THB for something we hadn’t touched. Be aware that they change their name on booking.com to reset the reviews.

The bathroom smelled awful, and the water pressure was so weak that washing yourself after using the toilet became a real chore. They ask guests not to flush toilet paper in case it blocks the pipes, but the provided bin bag for used paper had no lid. It sounds like a small thing, but it got incredibly annoying after the first time. Cleanliness was very poor, and when I contacted the managers about these problems, they never replied.

The room was dirty, and the bed sank as soon as you sat on it. In the bathroom, there was mold, a lizard, and a water leak, and parts of it were broken. I sent photos and video while trying to get the hotel to sort things out, but they offered no solution, so I moved to another hotel. It really isn’t worth it. You can find somewhere better at the same price and in the same area, even a hostel that’s cleaner and better located.
