There’s free water, juice, and coffee by reception all day, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and nicely designed with a warm feel. The bathroom was very small, and the pool looked bigger in photos than it actually is. They ask for a 300thb deposit at check-in. Laundry is available, but the laundromat around the corner is much better and cheaper.

The staff were so welcoming and happy to help with anything, and there’s a pool with towels kept beside it, handy if you didn’t bring yours from the room. We tried the pancakes at breakfast and they were wonderfully fluffy. We arrived yesterday, so the rooftop bar was closed for Monday; we still went up to look and it’s beautiful. Fabulous hotel, I’d stay again ❤️ Erika

The lobby and rooftop were great places to relax or get some work done, and I really enjoyed staying here. The room had a modern design and comfortable beds. It was clean for the most part, though I spotted a few stains on the window and a little mold in the shower. Those seem like quick fixes. Keeping the hotel fully clean would make guests enjoy it even more.

We spent five nights in the large family room, with really comfortable beds. Cleaning was flexible and still happened every day. We also used the laundry service and had no complaints, everything came back carefully folded. Breakfast at the hotel each morning was nice, and we enjoyed hanging out in the lobby. My only complaint is that the rooftop bar is mentioned, but never seems to be open.

I stayed here while I was looking for a place to live, and would definitely come back. The price was very fair. I recommend choosing a balcony room; mine was on the west side.
