Km Hotel Chiang Mai

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and we had plenty of water plus some snacks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also let us check in early at no extra charge when a room was available, which was really flexible of them.

I've stayed here several times because of the location and will definitely come back. The area is quiet, with a coffee cafe outside, a small store nearby, and DIY laundry on the ground floor. There's loads of parking, but you'll need your own transport because of the quiet location. The higher rooms at the back have mountain views. The rooms are really good value, with big soft beds, good AC, TVs, and shower rooms. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, and I'm always greeted with a smile. A really nice hotel.

I come to Chiang Mai twice a year and stay at this hotel each time. KM never disappoints: it's clean and the rooms are spacious. One thing I'd like them to change is the cleaning policy. Rooms aren't made up each day unless you hang the "please make up my room" tag outside, so if you forget, you'll return to a messy room.

The staff are so helpful and the service is top notch. It's a little far from the old town, but the area is quiet and peaceful.
