Rompo Boutique Hotel

The location and appearance are lovely, but we were treated terribly and had to leave for another hotel. The young man at the front desk was especially arrogant. We were confused about how the keys worked when we arrived, and he kept mocking us, repeating “oh my god” as if we were stupid. We also needed help with our TM30 extension visa, which should have been a quick, simple thing for the hotel to handle. Two staff members either couldn't or wouldn't help. They kept us waiting for two hours, saying the boss was on the way, but he never showed up. When I asked the rude man for an update, he ignored me, then threw his phone at me and told me to talk to the boss myself. Their incompetence cost us valuable time on the last day of our visa, and we had to check in elsewhere. The room itself was uncomfortable, with sewage smells, beds that were hard to sleep in, and paper-thin walls where we could hear every breath next door. Staff were rude and unhelpful. For the price, it felt like a total rip off. This hotel is a façade.
