The Corner Inn - Adults Only

There’s a 24-hour station for coffee, tea, and toast, and the mother and son who run the place are friendly. This is a small budget motel or hostel, with clean rooms and beds for a good rest. The beds and pillows are hard, though, so beware. It’s right across from a market for fruit and snacks, and there are 7/11s plus countless food stalls and restaurants just around the corner. They don’t provide soap or shampoo, and there’s no fridge in the room. You only get two free bottles of water at check-in. There are definitely cheaper places around, but I can’t say whether they’re as good.

The rooms are simple, really nice, and clean. The owner is super nice and helpful, and made us breakfast every day even though we hadn’t paid for it. There’s always a free “mini bar” with coffee, tea, biscuits, and sometimes fruit.

The host is very friendly, and the service and price are good. We had a very clean, comfortable room for four, suitable for a family or group, and breakfast was free. It’s in the old town, so it’s convenient to walk around. We highly recommend it!

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and our quadruple room was quiet and clean. It’s close to the old town and a local market, making it convenient to enjoy the local way of life. A great choice for backpackers.
